SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: 21/04/2026
This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed with The Barbell Bag.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day
- During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly
An order is considered processed once it has been packed and assigned tracking information.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
2. Shipping Timeframes
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier backlogs
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasonal demand
- Local postal disruptions
Shipping delays outside our control do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Orders are considered successfully delivered when the carrier marks the package as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.
Carrier confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.
We are not responsible for:
- Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Packages left unattended
- Deliveries to parcel lockers, mailrooms, or shared addresses
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order:
- You must contact the shipping carrier directly
- We may provide shipment documentation upon request
Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery may be formally disputed in the event of a chargeback.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped, except where required by law.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Delivery delays caused by address errors
- Failed delivery attempts
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect
Then:
- Reshipping fees will apply
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
If no response is received within 14 days of return notification, the order may be considered abandoned without refund.
6. Lost Packages (In Transit)
A package is considered lost only if:
- Tracking has not updated for 10+ consecutive business days, and
- The carrier confirms the shipment is lost
We reserve the right to wait for carrier investigation results before issuing a replacement or refund.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the item and packaging
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
All damage claims are subject to review and carrier verification.
8. International Orders & Customs
For international orders:
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
- Duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer
Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.
If an order is refused or abandoned due to unpaid charges:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return costs or penalties may be deducted from any eligible refund
9. Fraud Prevention & Risk Monitoring
We reserve the right to:
- Hold orders for verification
- Request identity confirmation
- Cancel high-risk transactions
If an order is cancelled due to suspected fraud, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
10. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- The shipping address entered is accurate
- You understand delivery timeframes are estimates
- Carrier confirmation constitutes proof of delivery
